Ruthie was really honest and calm...very insightful.
She knew things that I had not even mentioned.
She was so calm and understanding and she really made me feel like she knew what she was talking about. even though some of the things she said were not completely positive, she was so right on with things. She also explained so much to me that made a great deal of sense.
